Customs Entry Writer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Customs Entry Writer with at least 2 to 3 years of experience. Immediate opening.

Job Responsibilities: 

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Getting arrival information Air & Ocean
• Making sure all collect charges are paid
• Opening files
• Data entry
• Classification and FDA product codes
• Transmitting to US Customs and PGA
• Making sure all shipments are customs as well as PGA release
• Tracking shipments
• Sending delivery order
• Interacting with truckers
• Interacting with customers/vendors
• Billing

Job Requirements: 

At least 2-3 years of experience

CargoWise experience a plus
